Marketing Strategy & Decision Making Final Report
My final semester at the University of Georgia I took a marketing strategy course to complete my marketing degree. Our final project was to assess the marketing strategy of a real world firm in the last couple of years and then comment on what they have done well and what could be improved.
My group chose Spirit Airlines, and we developed a low-cost, effective marketing plan to increase customer acquisition. We conducted primary market research, projected generated sales, profit, and ROI, all while remaining true to Spirit's core company values.
